PPG SEMCO® model 1188 HD mixer is equipped with a robust motor to thoroughly mix high viscosity material. The Semco 1188 HD mixer is ATEX Class II-rated for use in volatile environments. The 1188HD have a timer & valve that allows for the air motor to start at a slow speed than ramp up to full speed after 3 seconds. This is done to prevent the open spoke breaking when mixing a very viscous material.
