Step-by-Step Mixing Instructions
| Step | Instruction |
| 1 | Prepare the Semkit® according to the instructions accompanying the kit |
| 2 | Verify the selector switch is in the "OFF" position before proceeding |
| 3 | Using the spindle assembly, engage the dasher rod holes with the drive pins |
| 4 | Hold the cartridge firmly with one hand throughout steps 5–10 |
| 5 | Set the timer according to the Semkit® instructions for your specific material |
| 6 | Grip the side handle with your other hand and place the selector switch to "ON" using your thumb |
| 7 | Mix by slowly moving the cartridge up and down along the full length of the dasher rod — each stroke should extend from the neck to the plunger end of the cartridge |
| 8 | Mixing is complete when the timer ends and the mixer automatically stops |
| 9 | On the last stroke, push the dasher rod into the cartridge and up against the plunger |
| 10 | Place the selector switch to "OFF" and remove the dasher rod from the drive pins |
